Crane Festival in the News
Dear Vendors,
I would like to invite you to participate in the three-day arts and crafts fair at the 27th Annual Monte Vista Crane Festival in Monte Vista, Colorado.
WHEN: March 12, 13, 14, 2010
WHERE: SKI HI PARK (INDOORS) MONTE VISTA, COLORADO

BREAK DOWN: 2 PM TO 4 PM |
FEE: $75.00 for a 10X10 booth on the aisle or $80.00 for a corner plus a $5.00 city vendor fee for a total of $80.00 for the aisle or $85.00 for the corner. Only one city vendor’s fee is needed even if you reserve more than one booth. Please note, if have run out of corner booths when I receive you application for a corner booth, I will assign you an aisle booth and add a $5 refund check in your packet unless you note on your application that you will not accept an aisle booth in which case you will be issued a refund. Please write one check for the full amount to the Monte Vista Crane Festival.. The Crane Festival Committee will write a check to the City of Monte Vista for all the city vendor fees when I pick up the licenses from the city. You will need to provide your own tables, props and display. Your cancelled check will be your confirmation unless you provide a self-addressed stamped envelope or your e-mail address with your application. If you cancel after reserving a booth, you will receive a refund only if I am able to rent the space to another vendor.

SALES TAX: Sales tax of 7.5% must be
collected on all sales.
DEADLINE: I will be filling booth spaces
on a first come, first serve basis so the earlier you return your
registration the more likely you will be able to get a booth at the
craft fair.
FOOD: No open food booths—A food vendor
will be available for your convenience.
RV PARKING: There will be some space available for RV
parking, but I cannot guarantee that you will have access to
electricity. Please let me know if you will need parking
space by making a note on your application.
EARLY SET UP: You may set up on the afternoon of March 11,
but you must understand that we do not provide security the night of
March 11 so you set up at your own risk.
